Voluntary Repayment Plan - Home Equity Release

Voluntary repayment plans work in accordance with lump sum and drawdown plans. The interest will be charged according to the terms of the scheme, but instead of letting the interest compound, you are able to make voluntary repayments towards the balance. This is limited to a maximum of 10 percent of the original amount borrowed per year.
