Customers using Hydraulic Presses find that over the years their presses start to develop leaks on the Main Rams and Auxiliary Rams due to general wear and tear. Often the Rams will be scored and possibly oval in shape due to off-set loading of the press. MPPS can bring these presses back to "as new" condition by re-machining the rams and replacing the Guide and Gland Bushes, and Seal Systems. We offer a full service including design of new bushes and seals, removal of the press rams, re-machining and grinding the rams, supply of new parts, re-installation and testing.
