Constructed from heat treated alloy links and tubular spaces assembled on Zinc plated steel rods. Nylon End guides fitted at both ends to facilitate ease of movement in operation. Nylon end guides run in lipped side channels designed to prevent the grille curtain from being forcibly removed. Bottom rail assembly designed to accommodate a full range of locking devices. This grill is constructed from 86mm x 16mm heat treated alloy links and 11mm long tubular alloy spaces assembled on full width 8mm diameter zinc plated alloy rods with 22mm nylon end guides fitted at each to facilitate ease movement in operation. The nylon guides run in lipped side channels designed to prevent the grille curtain from being forcibly removed and help deter unauthorised entry. The bottom rail consists of 96mm x 3mm decorative alloy extrusion supported by a robust 50mm x 30mm x 3mm extruded alloy T section. The bottom rail assembly is designed to run freely inside the lipped side channels and accommodate a full range of locking devices. Bottom rail and side channels are supplied silver anodised 15 microns for internal use or 25 microns for exterior application, Gold or Brass is also available. The complete grilles can be powder coated in a Ral or BS Colour; this however is an additional charge.
