Reelcare Stainless Steel Reels with FDA Approved Hose

Reelcare Stainless Steel Reels with FDA Approved Hose are highly resistant to chemicals and salt water corrosion. They are popular in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries and are extremely hygienic. Our Stainless Steel FDA Approved Hose reels are supplied with hose bumper stoppers and four way nylon rollers. This ranges comes with a 12, 19 or 25mm inside diameter hose and a range of hose lengths from 15-30 meters. The hose is advised to work with 13 bar pressure max and a temperature of 120°C Maximum. The inlet and outlet for the Reel are M1/2” both ends on the 12mm inside diameter hoses and F1” - M1” on the 19 & 25mm hoses . The Hose ends consist of 1/2” BSP Female & 1/2” BSPT Male on the 12mm hoses and 1” BSP Female & 3/4” BSP Female on the 19 & 25mm. The ends of the hose are all stainless steel along with the swivelling joint of 90°. The hose colour is blue and the material of seal are Viton.
