Ceramic Flap Discs

Ceramic abrasive flap discs offer a massive increase in life (typically 3 x equivalent zirconium) and faster grinding performance.

Use ceramic flap discs in all the applications you would use standard aluminium oxide or zirconium flap discs for.
They will give vastly increased life and superior performance.
Additionally, they will be effective on hard alloys.
They offer a great substitute for stainless steel grade grinding discs. For use with standard 115mm and 125mm angle grinders and rotary polishers.
Super fast grinding and finishing ceramic flap discs.
Use on steel and stainless steel for mill scale removal, weld prep grinding and general grinding and finishing.
FHCC have a conical or bevelled edge to allow the disc to grind flat to the workpiece when used at a 15 degree angle.
