Finiteasy Unitised Wheels

These wheels are designed for use on the Finiteasy machine for removing and polishing fillet welds, but they can be used on other machines also.

These wheels are all 150mm diameter and are designed to fit the Finiteasy machine. The wheels have 25.4mm centres and suit the flanges on the Finiteasy, but they could be used on other machines which run at suitable speeds, using similar 25.4mm flanges. Together with long arm machines such as Finiteasy, these wheels make corner weld removal, cleaning and polishing much easier. Suitable for steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Chose a lower grade for a finer finish and a higher grade for more aggressive. 'SA' types are a good general purpose choice for stainless steel. 'MA' types give faster stock removal. 'TA' type is for fastest stock removal. For more guidance on selection, click the tab above.

Specification:

• Made with non-woven abrasive base, re-processed in unitised form.
• Available in 6mm widths in all grades.
• Denser grades 7 and above are also available in 3mm width.
• Suitable for use on stainless steel.
