Machine Belts - Ceramic Abrasive, FX87

Ceramic abrasive, FX87, comes into its own when grinding due to high rates of stock removal and durability. This makes it ideal for tube notching where productivity gains are achieved compared to all other abrasive belts. It is a great choice for grinding stainless steel and hard ferrous alloys, typically giving three times the life of zirconium equivalents as well as enhancing performance. Perhaps surprisingly, FX87 is also a good choice for use on aluminium as the sharp grain and top coating give fast performance with cool running.
