These unitised wheels enable die-grinders and drills to pre-polish and satin finish metal
These wheels enable the benefits of unitised wheels to be obtained using die-grinders, drills and flexi-shaft machines. The new Cibo Rebel One range includes the development of softer, but tough and more aggressive FA grades. These are ideal for preparing surfaces and stripping paint and other coatings from metal surfaces ranging from aluminium to stainless steel. The FA grades are also ideal for use on composites, carbon fibre and fibreglass. Chose grade 3 for a more conformable wheel and grade 4 or 5 for increased density and hardness. They leave a satin finish on metal and give long service life.
Grades SA5 and SA7 are for metal polishing. Grade SA7 will remove TIG weld residue and is thus best for weld blending. Grade SA5 is less aggressive and better for pre-polishing leaving a bright finish on stainless steel.

- Made with re-processed non-woven abrasive.
- Mounted on 6mm spindles.
- Sold in packs of 5.
- Grades from 3 (softer) to 7 (harder).
- FA type for greater aggression. SA type for finish (especially on stainless steel).
- Max speeds: 50mm dia: 22,500rpm, 75/80mm dia: 15,000rpm, 100mm dia: 12,000rpm.
- Optimum speed is usually at approx half of max speed.
