Unitised Grip Discs

Unitised discs can save several stages in a metal polishing process. With having the same grip backing as Trizact and ceramic grip discs, these can be used as part of a process from weld removal to near polish in stainless steel. Use grade 5 for light scratch removal and pre-polishing leading to a bright finish. Grade 7 has a little more aggression and can be used for removing weld discolouration and deeper scratch removal.

Specification:

• Unitised abrasive made from re-processed non-woven abrasive.
• Grade 5 or grade 7.
• 6mm working depth for long life.
• Grip loop backing.
• For use on grip (hook) based backing pads.
• We recommend using the VEL/VZ backing pads with these discs.
