Precision rolled ACME leadscrew

The 29 degree ACME thread form provides both efficiency of motion and load strength. Cold formed lead screw material has a smooth finish for reduced friction and a strong grain structure for driving high loads. Standard Features: ACME thread sizes range between 3/16" and 5/8" in outside diameter. Conforms to ANSI B1.5 and B1.8 thread standards. Available in single or multiple start thread forms. External threaded rods have a 2G thread fit. The lead accuracy is 0.006" per foot max. Standard material is 300 series Stainless Steel. Surface roughness is a burnished 16 finish or better. We offer many standard ACME sizes, and custom forms are available upon request.
