Precast concrete Arrow panels have been supplied and installed for Potter Logistics, at their storage facility at Melmerby, near Ripon. In Jan 2012 Nick Brighty, General manager for Potter Logistics, contacted ACP regarding a bulk storage problem - within an existing building there was a requirement for various bunkers with a combined total capacity of approx. 10,000 tonnes to store bulk products such as grain & rice prior to processing and packaging. The issue was to devise a layout that accommodated bunkers of various capacities for batch storage, the processing facility, vehicle flow and the existing structure and doorways. Having previously worked with ACP at their Selby and Ripon sites, Potter Logistics knew that they could rely on ACP to come up with a practical solution to the problem. Over a lengthy design/consultancy period a design solution was agreed and at the end of October 176 nos. Arrow Panels were sucessfully installed in just 12 days.
