Hand Operated Adhesive Valve

The TS1201 from Adhesive Dispensing Ltd is a hand operated pen valve for controlled application of many low to medium viscosity adhesives and assembly fluids. Typical materials suitable for dispensing include UV cure, cyanoacrylates, epoxies, solvents, inks, paints, primers, activators and threadlockers. Using low cost pinch tubes, this valve operates maintenance free, without the need for cleaning. Pinch tubes run many cycles before requiring replacement. The TS1201 accepts a fluid line feed direct from any syringe barrel, cartridge reservoir or pressure pot. When the trigger is pressed, the lever opens the tube to allow fluid to flow. When the trigger is released, the tube is closed and fluid flow stops, without drips. Use this valve to reduce hand fatigue, fumes or waste when dispensing many difficult to handle fluids such as superglue instant adhesives, two part epoxies or solvents. Each valve is supplied with a needle selection tip kit and spare pinch tubes.
