Syringe Fillers

Simple pneumatic systems for efficient transfer of materials from cartridge reservoirs into syringe barrels. The filling is through the bottom end of the syringe which reduces air entrapment and eliminates mess. These systems includes an adjustable stand to hold the cartridges which is sat on the workbench. Systems include the metal retainer, air cap, airline hose, cartridge, plunger, filling adapter and syringe kit as well as a regulator with 5 micron filter. Can also use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser (such as the TS250 shown in the video) to provide a controlled air cycle for repeat volume filling of syringe barrels each time.
