Update for EU Orders from 1st January 2021
As of the 1st of January 2021 any EU orders will be shipped as DDP which means that we as the supplier are responsible for paying for all of the costs associated with the delivery of goods right up until they get to the named place of destination. The buyer is then responsible for unloading the goods at the end destination. These charges are covered by the sales tax which is paid when a customer completes checkout. There will be no further payment due from the customer to receive the order at its end destination.
At the start of the year we were seeing huge delays with shipments to Europe due to new tax rules and COVID-19. We are now starting to see these delays stabilise a little but there are still delays for some countries. Here is a list of approximate transit times for some countries to be used as a guide:
France - 8-12 days
Germany - 15-20 days
Belgium - 8-12 days
Austria - 30-35 days
Italy - Severe delays and issues
Spain - Severe delays and issues
Switzerland - 8-12 days
Sweden - 14-18 days
