FoodEx, NEC Birmingham, March 25-27 2012 Stand E251
Advanced Dynamics Ltd will be showcasing the very latest innovative and versatile labelling equipment at the FoodEx Show at the NEC in Birmingham on March 25-27.
The Bradford-based specialist in labelling, feeding and wrapping solutions will be demonstrating its range of highly accurate labelling equipment, which has made such an impact in industry sectors such as food, where Greggs the Baker reported a significant boost in production at its Northwest plant after installing a Eurokett labelling system.
Its popular Eurokett labellers are ideal for high volume production for any wrapped or packaged food items from bread rolls or cakes to fresh produce and meat. At labelling speeds of up to 200 packs per minute, the machines can keep pace with the most up-to-date packing lines, while the latest addition to the range, the Matrix, boasts the very latest in stepper motor drive technology.
Taking centre stage on stand E251 will be Pack Leader's PRO Series of fully-automated label applicators. These new bottle labellers are already making an impact in the UK. Contract manufacturer, Nicholas James (UK) Ltd, saw a 20 percent rise in output since Advanced Dynamics installed a PRO-625 front and back labeller at its West Yorkshire site.
The PRO-625 can automatically label any shaped bottle, while for high speed labelling, the PRO-516 is ideal as it features twin label reel system, memory storage of settings and easy changeover features that guarantee high output and much improved up-time. The range also includes the inline PRO-515 wrap around labelling machine, and ideal for the artisan product market, the compact ELF table-top entry-level version.
Suitable for a variety of sectors, including food and drink, pharmaceuticals and homewares, the PRO are exceptionally accurate and robust machines that can be integrated into a line for a variety of container sizes, cartons and bottle shapes, and are available exclusively in the UK from Advanced Dynamics, with prices starting at a level that are suitable for first time buyers.
Built to the highest standards using quality materials, such as stainless steel and anodized aluminium alloys, the PRO systems are user friendly and can reliably label the full range of package configurations at speeds of up to 40 metres per minute.
The company's joint-managing director, Malcolm Little, said: "We are delighted to be attending FoodEx, where our eye-catching range of labellers is sure to generate plenty of interest at the show. We are the exclusive UK distributors of the Eurokett and Pack Leader series of labelling systems, which we believe are the most efficient available and ideal for food manufacturers aiming to maximise production."
Advanced Dynamics' range of high-quality equipment are renowned for helping companies save money, improve productivity and reduce waste - three features which, during the prevailing economic wind, should appeal to many food professionals attending the show.
