Advanced Dynamics Ltd is showcasing the impressive range of new innovative and versatile labelling equipment it has on offer, which is making such an impact across a wide range of industries, on stand D31 at the NEC.
The specialist in labelling, feeding and wrapping solutions recently signed a sole UK distributor agreement with Pack Leader for their range of affordable, fully-automated labelling systems and is presenting front and back, wrap around and top and base labelling together with entry level desk top equipment.
Suitable for a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, home-wares and food and drink, these exceptionally accurate and robust machines can be stand alone or integrated into a line for labelling a variety of container sizes, cartons and bottle shapes, and are available exclusively in the UK from Advanced Dynamics with prices starting from as little as £6,000.
This high-quality labelling equipment has already taken the speciality food sector in the UK by storm, with companies such as Divine Deli and Orchard Valley Foods both purchasing the compact ELF-50 desk top labeller, while contract cosmetics manufacturer Nicholas James (UK) Ltd became one of the first companies in the country to install the PRO-625 front and back labelling machine.
The machines are built to the highest standards using quality materials such as stainless steel and anodized aluminium alloys, are user friendly and can reliably label the full range of package configurations, from the base to the top, at speeds of up to 40 metres per minute.
Shown at the PPMA for the first time is the PL-221 top and base label application system, which provides reliable, accurate label placement on a wide range of products, and the PL-11 stand-alone labelling head.
Also sure to attract the attention of visitors will be Advanced Dynamics’ exciting range of bespoke Eurokett top and base labelling systems designed to accommodate the exacting demands of high speed, high accuracy labelling of products such as greeting cards and food pouches.
In addition, Advanced Dynamics will be demonstrating the Köra-Packmat leaflet and booklet feeders with the entry level EasyFeeder and flexible AdvancedFeeder, which comes with a range of advanced features including easy set-up, single control adjustment of product setting and a 600mm product magazine for output of up to 1,400 sheets per minute.
Advanced Dynamics’ managing director, Malcolm Little, is confident that the PPMA Show will help the Bradford-based company build on its recent successes.
He said: “We are delighted to be exhibiting at PPMA. A few weeks ago we signed an exclusivity deal for supplying the Pack Leader range in the UK and we are looking forward to demonstrating this eye-catching range of cutting-edge labelling equipment. These machines are helping companies save money, improve productivity and reduce waste.”
Food and cosmetics manufacturers are becoming increasingly aware of the economic and production benefits that affordable and high quality labelling equipment can bring to their operations. At PPMA visitors will be able to see for themselves why Advanced Dynamics believes its range of label applicators offer the most cost-effective solutions for boosting profits.
