Automation and production line efficiencies will be the focus of Advanced Dynamics Ltd when it showcases its range of labelling and feeding equipment at the PPMA Show in Birmingham, from September 27-29. The sole UK distributor of Pack Leader’s fully-automated labelling systems, Advanced Dynamics will be demonstrating the versatile in-line, front and back together with wraparound system, the PRO-625 for accurately labelling bottles at high speed regardless of shape or size. In addition Advanced Dynamics will be showcasing its other exceptional labelling equipment, including the popular entry level table top ELF range of labellers – the ELF-20, for top product labelling of boxes, jars, pouches and cards as well as other related items, and the compact ELF-50 wraparound labeller for bottles, jars, tins etc. Pack Leader’s ELF-20’s aluminium and stainless steel design makes it portable and durable. It has an application range of up to 180mm wide packs, while the user friendly operating system and microprocessor controls have many added features that can boost production efficiency. The ELF-50 can be moved around production areas and is easily adjustable for a large range of bottles, a flexibility that is helping the equipment make an impact with food producers. Advanced Dynamics will also be promoting Pack Leader’s flexible PL-221 top and base label application system, complete with thermal transfer printer, the PL-501 wrap around labeller and PL-211 Top Labeller. Sharing centre stage with this range of highly accurate and robust labelling machines will be the latest in feeding technology from Advanced Dynamics – the Köra Packmat AF300 friction feeder which is perfect for the separation of flat products between 60gsm to 30mm, such as leaflets, postcards and booklets. For manufacturers automation offers high-speed, quality labelling and easy changeover features guaranteeing high output and much improved up-time, making the process trouble-free for production staff and will ultimately satisfy customers.
