Modular Container Labeller

Automatic labeller for labelling of filled or empty containers in sizes of 2.5 to 25 litres. The container labelling head dispenses a label onto the vacuum applicator. The belts on the applicator transport the label to centre position. When the container is fed into the machine, the orientation unit lifts and rotates the container and the handle will be detected and lifted. During the transport to the applicators, the handle is raised to a vertical position and the container will be aligned by the guide rails. Positioned in front of the applicator, the container will stop and the label be applied. Intuitive Control System Electronic control: PLC with program selection, ensures quick setting and short change-over time. From the selected program, the machine automatically makes the required settings of label position, handle lift and product detection. On pre-decorated containers, the MCL can detect front and back in the orientation unit.
