Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets we manufacture a wide variety of products and components in HT800 Silicone, most of which are designed by our customers with the assistance of our technical HT800 expertise. HT800 is a versatile silicone sponge of medium firmness that offers the lightness of foam along with the sealing capabilities of a sponge rubber. This silicone material is very flexible and is an excellent environmental seal that protects against air, dust and moisture. HT800 is available in black, grey and red and is traditionally made in continuous rolls at 914mm wide. It comes in a wide range of thicknesses from .8mm to 12.7mm with a skin finish on both sides.
