Agriepure Diesel Polishing Systems

After 10 years of research and development Agriemachs new Agriepure Diesel Purifying System enables the operators of plant and machinery to clean and purify the diesel in situ on the machine. It is no longer necessary to remove the diesel tank off the machine for the purpose of cleaning and purifying the diesel and tank, thus saving labour, downtime and most importantly the environment by avoiding diesel spills, which very often flow into the water coarse. The system is 100% effective in removing water, dirt, sludge and rust from the fuel and with the aid of biocide treatment, bacteria growth is eliminated. By cleaning the diesel with the Agriepure system damage to engine components from contaminated diesel will also be eliminated. The Agriepure system is easy to operate and is designed to be plugged in and start cleaning immediately. Once up and running it can be left, while the technician can busy himself with other work, while occasionally checking and releasing the contaminants from the clear bowl at the bottom of the filter housing, which separates the water and contaminants by first passing the diesel through a 2-micron aquablock water separating filter, while below the diesel is spun, creating centrifugal force, forcing the water and dirt into a clear bowl at the bottom of the chamber, which is then released while the system continues to operate. There are three systems available, 25 litres per minute, 35 litres per minute and 52 litres per minute.
