A simple solution to isolating gate valves. These lockouts slip over the top of the handle once its in its appropriate position. Rotates freely around the valve stem and preventing access to the valve. 3 Padlock holes, Di-electric properties, resistant to extreme temperature. Suitable for hasps and padlocks.
