The curtain is made of 75mm single skin profile, with heavy-duty 20 swg (0.9mm) laths, galvanized and coated, featuring 3� pressed steel end locks and wind anchors. Guides are 65mm windlock (100mm for larger doors) on 100mm x 50mm x 3mm fixing angles. The barrel has a minimum 139 x 3mm wall thickness, welded shaft assemblies in 25mm/40mm/55mm sizes, and a silver oxide finish. Plates are 6-10mm material, slotted for easy installation and adjustment. 3ph direct drive motors like Ellard DDO or Guthrie Douglas safe drive have built-in safety brakes, plug-and-play installation, and mechanical/digital limits.
