H&H 103c Cleaner & Sanitiser

For surface sanitising, 103C is Certified to BS EN1276 at 30 seconds at a 1:100 dilution. This would be sufficient for all food preparation surfaces however I would advise for any use on a food preparation surface to rinse after a reasonable contact time.
