2019 was an exciting date for Amberol as it was the year that we celebrated 50 years in business. To commemorate that wonderful milestone, we wanted to look for a way of thanking our customers for their support, as well as sharing some of the amazing results that customers have produced using Amberol’s products.
So, we asked people for entries into our ‘Inspired Plant-Ups’ guide which will be available free to customers, The aim of the guide is to share advice, handy tips and some of the beautiful displays that our customers have created. As a thank you for taking part, we offered prizes of Amberol products. The standard of entries was very high, so it took our judges a while to deliberate, but we are delighted to now announce the following winners:
First Prize - £1000 of Amberol rotationally moulded product goes to Alan Wheeldon of Wisbech in Bloom
Second Prize - £500 of Amberol rotationally moulded product goes to Ian Haynes of Leighton Linslade in Bloom.
Third Prize - £250 of Amberol rotationally moulded product goes to Nick Fletcher of Malton in Bloom.
Britain in Bloom at its best
“We’d like to congratulate all our winners,” comments Amberol’s MD, Patience Atkinson-Gregory. “The entries demonstrated just how inventive and talented so many of the In Bloom community are and how these displays can transform their environment. This massive army of volunteers has so much experience and knowledge to share – and are always so generous in supporting each other. I’d also like to thank everyone who took the time to enter. We really enjoyed looking at the different displays and all the entries will be included in our free ‘Inspired Plant-Ups’ guide due to be published shortly.”
