Our celebration of a good year

Our staff enjoyed a curry night to celebrate last years success. Kuti’s Brasserie in Southampton hosted a great meal. Kuti’s is an award winning brasserie having won; Restaurant of the Year 2018 at Tommy Miah MBE’s Indian Chef of The Year Awards. Best New Restaurant at The Asian Curry Awards. Gaining a Cobra Good Curry Guide Recommendation from Industry stalwart Pat Chapman. This historical venue was the perfect place for us to celebrate as it is on the Pier right at the heart of Southampton’s marine front. AMI Director Martin Cox said “We like to thank our staff for their hard work each year. Our team is like a family and we enjoy opportunities to socialise and celebrate our successes together outside of the office.” AMI Marine had a successful year with both SMM in Hamburg and Seaworks in Southampton. We also took part in the 24 Peaks Challenge, which was alot of fun – but VERY challenging. In 2018 AMI Marine staff grew with the addition of new key staff members. We also now have 3 new apprentices who bring new talent into the Marine industry. Also key to AMI Marine expansion is our expanded in house product development team. This team are now expanding our current product range. This includes developing existing products to meet the demand of the ever changing and fast moving industry. We now look forward to 2019 and the opportunities it brings. We will be launching new products and exhibiting at Seaworks Southampton. Moving ahead we will be bringing together new collaborations. Also we are launching a wider range of products on our web shop. We have also expanded and upgraded our Technical Flying Squad – which is now live and ready to go!
