The QLF1335-AD is a 1300nm quantum dot laser diode intended for use in extremely high temperature environments and is capable of operating at up to 150°C.
The laser is mounted into a TO-56 header with a hermetically sealed lens cap and incorporates a monitor photodiode for optical power control.
This laser diode is ideal for a variety of applications, for example data communication and sensing in harsh environments such as deserts, production plants and oil or gas exploration.
