The SmartEngine SE2020 model uses a UV-enhanced CCD with 2MHz readout rate and SNR of 250, with adjustable exposure times from 1ms to 65ms, and can be specified with a range of slit sizes from 10µm (0.2nm resolution) to 300µm (9.9µm resolution) depending on requirements. Though optimised for DUV it is capable of full spectrum operation from 180-1100nm.
The SE2060 uses a back-thinned CCD with 0.5Mhz readout rate and has a higher SNR than the SE2020 of 500, with adjustable exposure times from 5ms to 65ms. It also offers all the other advantages of the SE2020.
The EagleEye EE2063 has a TE-cooled UV-enhanced back-thinned sensor with sensitivity from 180-1100nm. With a wide range of slit sizes (10µm to 300µm) and grating groove densities (300-2400 grooves/mm) the EE2063 achieves resolution between 0.2nm to 10.5nm and spectral range between 100nm to 920nm.
