Broadcom’s NIR30 SiPMs are optimised to provide the highest possible photon detection efficiency (PDE) at 905nm, making them ideal for LiDAR, gesture recognition and other 3D Imaging and Ranging applications. The NIR30 Series has world-leading 26% PDE at 650nm, 28% at 905nm, with peak PDE of 37% at 750nm.
