ODC was established in 1981 and their Class 1000 cleanroom and state-of-the-art photolithography and wafer fabrication are based in a new facility commissioned in 2014 in Camarillo, California, USA.
Opto Diode supply silicon photodiodes sensitive from <1nm to near-infrared:-
AXUV family: 0.01nm to 190nm, direct electron and soft x-ray photons
SXUV & UVG families: EUV and UV detection from 0.1nm to 400nm
ODCs engineering staff have more than 50 years experience in the design and manufacture of silicon photodiodes and use this to full effect to offer standard and custom detector solutions with high quality, cost-effective pricing and very quick turnaround.
