Broadcom offer three four-side-scalable SiPm arrays based on their NUV-MT SiPMs:
The AFBR-S4N44P164M is a 4x4-pixel SiPM array with a 16x16mm² area, 3.88mm² SiPMs and 4mm pitch.
The AFBR-S4N44P014M is a 2x2-pixel SiPM array with a 8.26x8.26mm² area, 3.88mm² SiPMs and 4mm pitch.
The AFBR-S4N66P024M is a 2x1-pixel SiPM array with a 13.54 x 6.54mm² area, 6.14mm² SiPMs and 6.57mm pitch.
All arrays feature Broadcom’s overmoulded PCB package with an exceptional 63% PDE at 420nm. The rear of the PCB has LGA contacts, giving access to individual SiPMs, which allows for individual, group or whole array readout.
