UV Curing

UV curing is the process whereby ultraviolet light irradiates photo curable adhesives applied to substrates, initiating a photochemical reaction (polymerisation) and hardening of the adhesive. The amount (dose) of Ultra Violet light applied to the adhesive is critical for this process to occur correctly and we supply a range of LED-based light sources designed for curing applications. All of our UV products have proprietary control software allowing this control to be carried out precisely.
