All cables are manufactured according to the DESINA standard and are UL and CSA compliant. The jackets in this range of cables are manufactured with PUR (polyurethane) to give good abrasion resistance, temperature rating, and resistance to cuts & tears. In addition to the excellent mechanical properties demonstrated by PUR other benefits include its resistance to microbes, water and oils in addition to being Halogen free, making these cables particularly suitable for trailing chain systems.
