Our process begins with a Phase I Desk Study, gathering historical and current site information to develop a conceptual model and conduct a preliminary risk assessment.

If necessary, we proceed to an Intrusive Site Investigation, involving soil and groundwater sampling to identify contaminants and evaluate potential risks. Should remediation be required, we provide a Verification Report to confirm that the site has been effectively cleaned and is suitable for its intended use.
