AE-PDV21-2 – Priority Demand Valve 1/2″ – 2″

Applications Engineering’s priority demand valve (PDV) assembly is for use upon activation of a flow switch, whereupon the valve will automatically close the domestic water supply allowing all water to divert to the sprinkler system. The priority demand valve 2 now comes with an actuated ball valve, meaning constant power is not required for the failsafe, this caused the coil to get hot in the previous version. Actuated Ball Valve version available for sizes ½” – 2”
