These free-running gravity conveyors are ideal for loading and unloading trucks and containers.

High-level unloaders are essential in situations where there’s no dock leveller available, such as when unloading from the back of a trailer or container down to ground level.

These unloaders are particularly popular for unloading containers and vehicles because they don’t require power, eliminating the connection and safety issues associated with an electrical supply for a powered system.

Simply wheel the system up to the back of the vehicle, adjust the conveyor height to match the tailboard level, lock the castors, and you’re ready to go. The multi-decked conveyor is telescopic, allowing it to move with the operator as they progress further into the lorry or container. These conveyors significantly reduce the risk of injury and turnaround time when manually unloading lorries, 20-foot, and 40-foot containers.
