Type 20 Miniature Belt Conveyor increases width to 120mm!

Building on the success of our 60mm and 20mm wide Type 20 miniature belt conveyors, we are now introducing a 120mm wide version in response to customer demand.

New 120mm Wide Type 20 Miniature Conveyor on Tabletop Stands

The 120mm wide Type 20 Miniature Conveyor is currently available in a 500mm length, with additional lengths undergoing testing. It has a weight capacity of 500g and can be supplied with side guides and stands up to 150mm in height.

These standard miniature belt conveyors use aluminium profiles with 5mm T-slots for easy mounting and positioning, offering versatile and highly compact transport solutions. These mini conveyors are ideal for moving small parts in automated systems where conveyor space is limited. Their compact design and small external DC motors make them suitable for industries such as small parts manufacturing, food production, and pharmaceuticals. Given their purpose, weight capacities are modest, and speed is relatively low compared to AC-motor-driven belt conveyors.

Features and Specifications

• Speed Controller: The controller uses a 24VDC input at 0.1A and is compatible with 24VDC power supplies. Speed is managed through PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), allowing adjustments from 9m/min and below. Housed in a compact plastic unit, it includes a simple on/off/adjust knob.
• Power Supply: A 240VAC to 24VDC transformer is available, converting mains power to 24VDC for the Type 20 conveyor. It has a jack plug compatible with the speed controller but can also be connected directly to motor terminals if the speed controller is not used.
• Slot Nuts: Available for easy accessory mounting within the aluminium profile, with thread sizes in M3, M4, and M5.

Type 20 Miniature Conveyor Range

• Belt Widths: Available in 20mm (19mm belt), 60mm (59mm belt), and 120mm (119mm belt).
• Belt Type: Blue flexible FDA-compliant belt with positive tracking.
• Lengths: Standard lengths are 500mm and 1000mm. Other lengths from 150mm to beyond 1000mm can be custom-built to specification.
• Speeds: Two speed options—9m/min (Option A) and 27m/min (Option B). Speeds may decrease under heavier loads.
• Motor Specifications: 24V DC with a no-load current of 0.15A, maximum 0.42A.
• Weight Capacity: Typically up to 1kg per metre, depending on motor type, product, and environment.
