ASHE At Labelexpo 2023 - Brussels

This year, ASHE will be exhibiting multiple machines on stands located in hall 4, stand numbers B51 and C51.

During the exhibition we will be displaying machines from our narrow web series of machines which include the Opal offline / inline 4 spindle glueless turret rewinder for the highest productivity of finishing self adhesive labels. The glueless concept is a patented design from ASHE which can automatically cut and transfer the web at a maximum speed of 150mpm without the need for any glue or tape.  There will also be a die-cutting line for the production of blank or pre-printed labels which will be wound on the semi automatic two spindle turret. A OPAL ISR label inspection slitter rewinder with a full 100% inspection system will be running live demos showing what can be done with a camera based system detecting any defaults in a substrate (operator defined) which can be rectified prior to the defect being slit and rewound.

A Solitaire mid-web 800mm wide slitter rewinder will be displayed. The machine is suited for all flexible packaging substrates and features a semi automatic positioning system for the slitting station and rewind cores. These features assist the operator in keeping changeover times shorter.

Also on display will be a 1650mm Diamond wide web duplex slitter rewinder. The machine is capable of slitting all pressure sensitive substrates and film / laminates for flexible packaging applications.
