ASHE Supply Primary Slitter For Optical Film ASHE Converting Equipment are proud to announce that they will progress into the slitting and rewinding of optical grade film in conjunction with China Baixing Group. China Baixing, based in the city of Changzhou, currently manufacture a range of PVC films and have seen the growth potential in China for optical grade films. ASHE will supply China Baixing with a primary slitter rewinder, 4.5m wide for the processing of thick PET films which have been biaxially stretched. The machine is to be equipped with 6 rewind stations and will have a unique slitting station for the superior cut quality of optical grade films. As with all primary and secondary slitting machines from the Jade series, the machine will be equipped with ASHE’s linear winding system to ensure constant winding geometry accurate tension profiles. The machine will also utilise our vacuum pull roller technology to ensure perfect tension isolation. ASHE look forward to working with China Baixing on their expansion project.
