Bench Mounted Tester

Bench Mounted Tester Here at ATE Solutions we use the Flex 10 Bench Mounted Tester, it is one of the smallest ‘standard’ testers in our whole range. The system consists of one single unit measuring 600mm x 360mm x 660mm. To allow for multiple test fixtures to be used within the system we use a VPC S6 interface.
