Successful ISO 9001 QMS Annual Audit Certification

This week, we were audited at our Design, Manufacturing and Service Facility in Bury St Edmunds by UKAS approved BSI (the British Standards Institute) and we are proud to continually be certified ISO 9001: 2015 for design, manufacturing and servicing of compressed air and gas systems. Not only did we pass the audit, no minor or major non conformances were reported. Some opportunities for improvements were put forward which is positive and will look to implement these in the near future – continual improvement is key to this process. The British Standards Institute have been great as a UKAS approved audit body – not only is their experience second to none but they also offer us great advice on areas for improvement. This is essential for the company to continually commit to offering exceptional quality products and services. The team at Avelair have worked exceptionally hard to continually offer a high performance level and have embraced the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to enhance our business processes and improve our operational efficiency. We will look to develop our quality system further year by year to ultimately improve our client experience.
