Our Journey in Filter Manufacturing 

Our story in filter production began in 1982, starting with tumble dryer filters for Phillips. Since then, we have expanded our expertise to numerous industries, including automotive, marine, and biomedical applications.

The type of mesh we use – ranging from depth-media to stainless steel – is determined based on the specific particulate matter to be filtered.

Precision in Manufacturing 

Our manufacturing process blends precision engineering and customisation. It starts with a tool design, followed by injecting plastic around a mesh within a steel mould tool to encapsulate the filter.

This is complemented by secondary operations like ultrasonic welding, ensuring each filter meets and exceeds the required standards.
