Customer Comment: "We are so very pleased with our new Bakers building; it is just what we had hoped it would be. The workers who installed it were very thorough (we should probably say 'craftsmen', since the term workers makes them sound semi-skilled - which they were not). In fact they were never far from a spirit level or a tape measure, and checked (and re-checked) everything prior to pouring the concrete and erecting the building. Every obstacle (and there were several) was overcome with some thought and good humour! The team cleared up after themselves: no mess just progress to be seen every day. The sign of a truly good company is when things don't go exactly to plan or are not quite right. When Bakers had almost finished there were a couple of minor details that left us less that fully satisfied. No ifs or buts or excuses, instead Martin came straight around and addressed these issues personally, again with good humour - he just wanted it right and us fully happy. It has been such a poor summer, that without our new building we would hardly have seen the garden in the evenings at all: we are so pleased we decided to go ahead with the installation, as our new 'garden' room has allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings in the garden. We are so pleased with the excellent finish; we couldn't be happier." Mr B, was looking for a corner summerhouse in the sunny part of the garden, along with this he was looking for some landscaping and levelling to be done. After the site survey we quoted for the removal of the existing patio area, a retaining wall and then an oversight concrete base that would be subsequently made into a patio. Although our standard Kingfisher was the correct shape the customer preferred the more contemporary looking large glass area. As with all our buildings they are custom-made, and therefore we created this hybrid of both buildings. The customer then decided to have the building lined insulated and double glazed to give all year-round usability, along with the satin chrome security pack and Sadolin Superdec external finish in the "Monaco" colour, it has made for a beautiful corner room and I'm sure we will be producing more of these. We hope to be laying the patio in the near future and will update the photos then.
