The BS20 Mini offers a very powerful, yet compact design with a larger capacity than most equipment in its class.The bench or vehicle mount BS20 Mini offers from -04 (DN6) to -20 (DN32) multispiral hose assembly, including double 90o swept, when supplied with 7 sets of standard dies. This capacity can be dramatically increased to include ?24 (DN40) and ?32 (DN50) wire braid hose assembly, including swept 90o fittings one end, by the simple addition of two extra die sets giving a capacity and performance that is believed to be unique in its class.Setting and adjustment are straightforward. The direct micrometer gauge allows rapid swage size setting of the single acting gas spring returned workhead. The push button control circuit incorporates an automatic ?stop at size? facility includes a ?set size reached? indicator light.
