The ?snap in? radially closing dies provide over 30mm clearance when the machine dies are fully open, allowing access for most bent stem and other manipulated fittings.The direct reading micrometer type gauge allows quick setup of the powerful 100 tonne, double acting fully enclosed ram that is capable of providing a massive 370 tonnes when expressed as radial compressive effort on the dies. The push button controls include an automatic stop facility at the preset size.To reduce maintenance downtime to a minimum, all the modular ?plug in? components such as the setting gauge, hydraulic control valve and related solenoids, can be removed for servicing purposes and replaced in minutes.
