Brilliant Boosts Motability Mailing Response Rates
Latest figures show that Brilliant has significantly helped increase the response rates of Motability’s annual mailing campaign. Brilliant were awarded the contract last year to move the Motability brand and key messaging forward across all of their marketing collateral. As part of a strategic awareness campaign, Motability mailed over 1.3 million eligible non-customers with a new style information leaflet in October-November 2007 which has clearly made an impact and helped drive up applications to join the Scheme: January 2008 saw a record 21,837 applications to the Motability Scheme, beating the previous record of 18,155 applications in July ’07 (prior to the launch of any materials redeveloped by Brilliant). January 2008 recorded an applications increase of 20.5% compared to January 2007. Over 19,500 applications were received in February 2008 resulting in the second highest month on record behind January. Brilliant’s solutions have given Motability a strong start to 2008, having already seen applications up 22.8% on the previous year.
