Chain assemblies fully comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and all chains and components come clearly marked with batch numbers and manufacturers marks allowing full traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
Welded and mechanically joined chain assemblies are fully tested and are supplied with the necessary EC Declarations of Conformity, Thorough Examination Certificates and safe use instructions as required by UK legislation. Assemblies are CE marked and individually numbered with an approved stainless steel tag fitted to the assembly.
High quality Stainless steel materials in Grade 6+, (1.4571 (AISI 316 Ti), 1.4404 (AISI 316 L) and 1.4462 (AISI 318 LN)) are used offering high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
A range of chain sizes are available from 4mm to 26mm diameter offering lifting capacities from 200kg to 12 tonnes.
Other stainless steel products are also available including Dee and Bow Shackles in various forms, lifting points and rigging screws / turnbuckles.
