Folding arm awnings are predominately used to cover patios, decks, verandahs, balconies and entertaining areas as they can provide considerable shade due to their large projection. Awning sizes range up to 20 metres in width with an available projection of up to 4.5 metres. Folding arm awnings have the added benefit of requiring no posts or beams at the front edge enabling clear, unobstructed access.
