Hardwood Skirting Boards with Cable Management Rebate As an optional extra to our hardwood skirting boards, we are now offering a useful cable management rebate for your wires and cables. The rebate is 10 x 25mm and is positioned at the bottom of the reverse side of the skirting board. The rebate is perfect for hiding speaker wires, telephone and internet cables, but is not recommended for running mains electrical cables. The rebate can also help the skirting board sit flat against the bottom of the wall if the finish on your plaster work is a little uneven or bumpy. Our range of made to order skirting boards can be supplied unfinished, ready to take a finish of your own choice or with an optional hardwax oil finish. Hardwax oil is manufactured from a unique blend of natural oils and waxes, and provides a hardwearing finish with a soft satin sheen. We now have the machining capability to produce rebates in a multitude of sizes and styles on our skirting boards and planed all round timber.
