I ordered a 2 wheel brown bin and was expecting it to arrive within a week of ordering it. After nearly a week and a half, I called to see where it was. It turns out that the bin was broken in transit and had been returned. The problem got sorted out and a couple of days later, a new undamaged bin was delivered.
