The special conveyor system

This special conveyor system transports 1" thick chip board tiles into a mechanical press, it comprises of a pneumatic lift table, pusher device and driven conveyors using low friction gears for a longer life. The unit operates accurately by using programmed servo motors and again is fully integrated into the production line. This unit was mounted on rails to allow unrestricted access to the press for maintenance and repair.
